Asthma and Obstructive Airways Disease Clinic Regular review and advice for children and adults with asthma and other chronic lung diseases. 
Diabetic Clinic Annual checks for all our diabetic patients. During your birthday month you will need an appointment for blood tests then a follow-up appointment 1 week later. 

You will then need to attend 6 months later for repeat bloods and diabetic review.

Dietitic Clinic Dietary advice for patients with medical or severe weight problems referred by the GPs to our attached dietician.
Cardiovascular Clinic Health checks for patients at risk of or suffering from heart disease and high blood pressure.
Child Development Clinic Childhood vaccinations and monitoring the progress of babies and toddlers.
Flu Clinic If you are over 65 or have a chronic disease that affects your heart, lungs or if you are diabetic, you are entitled to a flu jab. 2-4 year-olds are also entitled to a nasal spray-based vaccination. Immunisations begin in September each year, so please contact us to make an appointment.
Health Visitor Clinic Health visitors are available at Alexandra Avenue clinic on Thursday afternoons. Due to the current Covid pandemic this is now being done virtually. Please contact your health visitor for more information.
INR Clinic (Anticoagulation Clinic for patients on warfarin) Monitoring of patients on warfarin.

Some vaccines are available on the NHS and can be given at the surgery. These include Hepatitis A, Typhoid and DPT (Diphtheria, Polio and Tetanus). Please book a nurse appointment if you need any of these.

The Patient Access Website gives access to your repeat medication and medical history including your previous vaccinations. (If you do not have a login please request from ridgeway.info@nhs.net .)

If you require assistance please complete the travel questionnaire and email it to ridgeway.info@nhs.net.  A practice nurse will review your journey and will reply within a week sending a text message to advise if any vaccinations are required.

Some additional vaccines are only available from private clinics. These include Rabies, Hepatitis B, Japanese Encephalitis, Yellow Fever and Cholera.

Malaria tablets can be purchased directly from your pharmacy.
