The Ridgeway Surgery requires pre-payment for ALL non NHS work .
Please email nhsnwl.ridgewaypma@nhs.net with any requests for non-NHS work. This includes subject access requests (see below).
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – 2018 all patients can submit a Subject Access Request (SAR) to access their medical record, and we as your medical provider are obliged to release them for no fee, however, the act states that that we have 28 working days to supply your records .
All non NHS reports/ letters normally take approximately 10 working days to complete. This may take longer if the doctor needs to discuss your request with you.
Please note we do not write letters to prove your address
